CONGRATULATIONS, Republic Polytechnic Class of 2025!

As the graduation ceremony is a dignified occasion, all Graduands participating in the ceremony are required to wear the Graduation Attire.

Beau Voix is pleased to be the official supplier of the Graduation Attire for Republic Polytechnic’s Graduation Ceremony 2025.

1. Online Ordering of RP Graduation Attire

Ordering Period:

• Online ordering for the Rental/Purchase of the RP Graduation Attire will be available on beauvoix.com.sg:
  • Ordering for Self-collection on Campus: 1 April 2025 – 29 April 2025
  • Ordering for Home Delivery: 1 April 2025 – 20 April 2025

Important Guidelines:

• Please read through the guidelines and instructions on the proper care of your attire.
• Charges for damages to the graduation attire may result in a partial refund or forfeiture of your deposit.

Registration & Ordering Process:

1. Register an account at beauvoix.com.sg.
2. Select your school accurately as this will affect the colour on the hood that is sent to you
3. Fill in your details and select your graduation attire size according to the Size Chart
4. Upon completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep a soft or hard copy of this email for reference.

Collection Instructions:

• You must present a soft/hard copy of your email confirmation when collecting your attire on campus.
• If someone is collecting your attire on your behalf, they must provide:
  • A soft/hard copy of your email confirmation.
  • A picture of your digital Student Card, with the Student ID clearly displayed.

2. Rental/Purchase Charges & Payment – RP Graduation Attire

Notes: 

i.      Graduands may collect the attire on campus from Thurs, 22 April to 30 April (excluding Sunday) and return gowns on campus during Graduation 2025. Please refer to Point 3 below for details of collection schedule.

ii.     Graduands are reminded to check the condition of the graduation attire upon receipt of the attire.

iii.    All exchanges of size and defective items are to be conducted in campus only (22 April to 30 April 2025).

iv.   Only one change in size is allowed. Graduands are to use the size guide when choosing the size of the graduation attire.

v.    Online mode of payment is via credit card/debit card and PayNow only

vi.   The lead time for delivery is about 5 to 7 days. Please place your order by 20 April 2025 and email/call Beau Voix if you do not receive your graduation attire by 28 April 2025. Graduands are reminded to key in the full address and contact number correctly when placing your orders.

How to Care for Your Graduation Attire

• Do not use pins or sticky tapes on your Graduation Attire as this damages the fabric.
• To iron, turn the Graduation Attire inside out. Use only LOW HEAT.
• The extent of damage is determined solely by the discretion of Beau Voix.

                Group return is allowed. Please provide the Student IDs along with the return of attires.

Annex A

GRADUATION ATTIRE / DRESS CODE

1.   All graduands participating in the Graduation Ceremony will be required to wear the RP Graduation Attire*.

2.   The RP Graduation Attire consists of a two-piece robe as shown below. Each school is differentiated by using a different colour of the  piping on the hood. More details on the sale, rental and collection of the RP Graduation Attire can be found at Beau Voix website.

*If you are wearing your military uniform to the ceremony, the graduation attire should not be worn over it.

Republic Polytechnic School Colour and Abbreviations

3.  Graduands taking part in the Graduation Ceremony must observe the following smart / formal dress code:

Male Graduands:

• Collared long sleeve shirt with tie
• Dark-coloured pants
• Business shoes with socks

Female Graduands:

• Dress
• Blouse with pants or skirt (knee-length or longer)
• Dress shoes

Avoid inappropriate dressing:

Casual pants, jeans, shorts, bermudas, culottes, miniskirts, skirts with high slits, T-shirts or polo shirts, sport shoes, slippers or open toe sandals.

Graduands will not be allowed to go on stage to receive their diplomas if they are inappropriately attired.
